Justin arrived to do the toilet installation on time and discovered that one bolt was missing from the box to do the installation. But Justin was able to remedy the problem and complete the installation. I would highly recommend Justin and his plumbing company to do future jobs for me in the future.

NexGen did in the end schedule my service and the technician arrived on time. He (Ethen) was excellent and it would be a disservice to him to not revise my rating to 5-stars. I learned a lot about the system from him and the service he performed was far superior to that previously done. If the scheduling issues can or have been resolved by the company then the service plan will I believe prove to be great value.

I had a tankless water heater problem installed by another company. Tommy Millard a plumbing technician from NextGen said that they would not be able to repair my tankless water heater. So he sold me another one made by Noritz. It cost me $6,700 and he told me that it had a 25-year warranty that was transferable. Now I have learned that NextGen will not honor the warranty since there has been a power surge that damage the unit and they will not honor the warranty and will not come out and fix it. My advice is don't ever buy a tankless water heater especially from NextGen as their warranties are only good if you live in the home for 25 years without ever having a... read full review
