Anthony came to check a gas wall heater that got tagged by the gas company as having a faulty pilot light. In spite of some initial attempt at up charging for the job, he finally came back to earth and was very helpful finding a cost effective solution for us. I guess you can't blame them for trying on the upcharging since it is how they make their money? I don't appreciate that practice since it is in essence trying to take advantage of people but when we explained our situation, he became more reasonable with his pricing and so far the heater works fine again with a 1 year warranty.

After the issues that I had with each installation; the owner has been great with reaching out to ensure everything is working properly and to schedule preventative maintenance. I appreciate the help and feel much better appreciated and taken care of.

Angel you the man! He's very knowledgeable about the unit and was able to school me on how to up keep my unit and recommended me on a few things I should do to keep the unit in tip top shape.
