I have being a customer here for many years, I had my up and downs (years ago) but at the end I love this place, why? because I have found the best massage therapist in the area that helps me to reduce my chronic back pain. Month to month I visit massage envy to keep my body with less pain and if I go in bearly walking I get out feeling like new for days or weeks. I love that now they use biofreeze, but of I reveal the name of the best guy here it will be hard to have appointments with him lol. It's now expensive to pay but worth the massage.

Shawmonique is the absolute best from the Riverside location. The customer service at the front desk is ok. They do tend to up their membership prices however that’s our cost of living increase with the economy. Overall I love getting my monthly massage.

This location is exceptional. The front desk staff is super friendly and both Kate, who performed my facial, and Amily who performed my massage were amazing.Always a great experience at this location. Highly recommend…
