When I first went to see Tracie, I had a bald spot in the crown of my head and across the back of my head. Tracie is very thorough and patient. She explained everything in a way easy to understand. Tracie was so helpful and thorough. I had been thinking about going to a trichologist for many years and after our visit, I wished I’d gone a long time ago. I particularly enjoyed her holistic approach to my hair needs. She took a detailed medical and social history, including family history, asked pertinent questions, and explained everything before she even started an assessment of my hair and scalp. I was able to see everything she was doing and she carried me along through out the entire process. Words alone cannot describe the wealth of information and detailed structure of teaching Tracie provided. I looked forward to getting clarification on some topics that seemed too overwhelming but Tracie broke it down very simplistically, yet profound.
