Ripped off! Over paid for a set of nails that are not worth the $162 I paid for a simple white French acrylic nails! The nails I chose were $70 (expensive to begin with) put a $35 deposit for this appointment. Then was told the white paint for French tips are $45 more! WTF! I know how much these products cost and they are NOT expensive. Anyone can buy these products from YN! Cheap! Anyway, this service was also supposed to have a 10% discount. So in the end when my service was done I should have been charged $72.00 not an additional $110.00. It's like the old saying goes buyer beware! Don't get me wrong the shop is beautiful but they do not know how to do a lot of things they only do the straight long young nails. If you're old-school and like a curved nail do not go to the shop. They are not accommodating and not very nice! The entire staff are young girls that have not been in the business for very long and do not know what they're doing! I don't see the salon being open for long. Bottom line is you see this luxurious nail salon on Instagram and on social media and they can't even accommodate what anybody wants it's their way or no way..

Loveeee this place, the girls are all so talented definitely NOT like your neighborhood chop Shop, they use high quality products! I have been going here for yearss, such a relaxing environment they offer Drinks and cocktails which is a nice added perk, I highly recommend! Make sure to check out their instagram to book an appointment since it's not the walk in type of salon You won't be disappointed I have never left unhappy My nail tech is the baddie herself miss Breanna Saw a few other reviews complaining about price .... Uhhh your talentless local chop shop can accommodate you ;)

I GOT SCAMMEDDDDDD do not book with Kristen !!!!!!!She took my $40 deposit and blocked me on Instagram and my phone number and refused service for me because she didn't have time today to do a takeoff and full set not refund me Or give service do not book with Kristen I was not rude to her whatsoever I was actually very nice to her I asked her a simple question if she's canceling me for today is she going to get my refund because it isn't my fault it was her fault she didn't have time today to do a takeoff and a full set she told me she's not giving me my money back and for me to talk to my bank and file a dispute with them they're not going to give it back to me anyways
