Their roll up garage doors are defective. Never seen such an inferior product. To add insult to injury their so-called "repairman" didn't even bring the right parts to fix itleaving their broken door stuck wide open for weeks. Avoid this scam company at all costs.
Interviewed at this brach. People nice, but didn't get the jobMain corporate and place on LA area. A really old metal door manuf. They even doo custom gates and iron work. Been telling my horsey friends with ranches
Unethical. Our roll-up door was stuck and the technician who came to "unstick" it refused to give us an estimate or an invoice for the service call. He said the visit would cost about $200 and they would send me an invoice for the visit and estimate for the cost of repairs via email. I asked for an invoice for the service call again and he said he couldn't provide one and that I would hear from "the office." The next day, I got an email stating that if I didn't agree to go ahead with the additional repairs, the service visit would cost me $511.43! When I called the office, the manager, Phil, accused me of lying and said, "No one told you it would cost $200." Any company...read full review
