We were hired by Kathleen Ann interior design to clean the windows of her client (also our client). Having been in many ultra high end homes all over Southern California I feel confident that the transformation Kathleen did to this home is unmatched. I have rarely been so gob smacked as when I saw what she did to this home, making it look much more high end than houses 4x the price. Great job Kathleen!

We hired Kathy for 2 bathroom remodels. We started to research on our own, but felt so overwhelmed with picking fixtures, tile, colors, finding a contractor, etc. I found Kathy from a Google search and she came by for a consultation. We gave her complete creative freedom since she's the expert, and she didn't disappoint. We wanted a timeless look but also functional since our home is so small and lacks storage. Kathy did just that. She gave us 2 bathrooms of our dreams with custom vanities and cabinetry that didn't waste any space. My husband & I needed to re-do our master bathroom and spent hours and hours searching for tile, bringing it home, setting it up and not being pleased. I remember going to a home of a friend, and told her how great her home made me feel, she said, "Kathleen designed it." I called Kathleen and she came out for a consultation. We told her exactly what we were looking for for our bathroom design. She came back with samples and a rendering, and we were very pleased that she captured our style.
