The customer service was amazing. I called ahead to make sure my insurance was covered and Brenda on the phone made sure to help me she was also very informative. The doctor was very nice and recommended was glasses to use. Definitely will be going back.

I love all the people at JCP Optical! But I want to give a particular thanks to Ana, who went WAY above and beyond during my most recent visit, to guide me in finding the proper size and shape of frames for the type of lenses I need. Ana asked about when & where they will be worn, durability needs, etc., explaining why I may want (or not) certain features in a frame or lens depending on use. Thanks for all your help Ana and Dr. Bock!

The whole optical department is very welcoming. Eileen was so helpful. It's my 1st pair of progressive glasses and trying to figure out what suits me and my comfort plus prescription, she told me to take a couple days to see if my 2 sets of glasses will work, and if not I'll bring them back and fix any problems that might occur.
