I had an electrical emergency late on a Sunday night. My main breaker went out resulting in no A/C. I was worried about getting it fixed quickly as I have French Bulldogs and they cannot tolerate heat. And it has been over 100 degrees every day recently. I contacted Innovative Electric and let them know my concerns- even though they had no guys available- the owner came out and fixed my problem right away because he knew it could be fatal for my dogs. The service was exceptional- I have used Innovative in the past and am always impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism! I highly recommend them!!! Thank you!!!!
Absolutely top notch electrician. I requested quotes via Yelp for installation of my Tesla Wall Connector. He responded quickly and needed only minimal information and photos of the breaker box and inside wall. He was at my home the next day and installed the charger in 30 mins. Price was very reasonable compared to 6 other estimates. My wall had limited space and piping but they installed it neatly and securely. Dong was friendly, polite, informative, and efficient. Can’t say enough. What a great job IES did replacing our lights. Very thorough and great Attention to detail. Made sure every lamp was level and even. Arrived at the set time of appointment. They definitely have earned our business and will be using their services in the near future.
