I never heard from them again after second visit when he said he was putting in to replace furnace with my warranty company. I was asked who removed some plate on my furnace. Wasn't me and I realized later he probably never put it back on the first time the tech (same guy) came out. Nice woman answers phone but Ill call someone else next time furnace goes it and it will.

The guy was nice enough, but he didn't even bother to climb in the attic to inspect the duct work which is where the issue lies. They also never responded to an email I sent them after they came out. I'll be hiring another A/C company that will actually inspect the duct work.

We had A/C problem and they came the next day. They were very professional from the beginning, and they schedule an appointment the next day. I was very appreciated it on these hot days. One gentle man, Abel came to our house. He was very kind and amazing. He came on time, gave me a call before he arrived, and communicate with me with any problems. He diagnosis the problem quickly. He explained the issues easily so that I (who doesn't have knowledge on A/C) can understand. He let us know what was the cause of the problem, how it should be fixed, and what will be the next step. He told me that he needs to comeback with the part that cause a problem and they will call me to schedule for the next visit. He was very professional and respectful.
