My computer was dropped - my business computer!! Of course, I was scared! Came here , while praying, they can handle it. About 2 hours later I came back - and wow! Awesome service Ben!!

I went and I was looking at the phone and I didn't get help from to Employees that were on the other side of the phones I guess they judge me by the way I was dress I had gym cloth and I had been running so i felt they didn't even care for what i was looking for but then a lady helped me and i felt a little bit better

I just moved into the area and was having trouble with my computer. I figured Geek Squad could handle it so that is where I went and was pleased with the speed they were able to fix my problem and the politeness they showed me. It felt like I had a connection just like the last place. 5 star for speed, knowledge and politeness.
