hired Frazer Construction Company to do some major improvements to our home. Kevin the company owner and general contractor worked with us from start to finish on each project. We installed a patio cover with inset lighting, fans and electrical. Added a concrete slab and walkway connecting our backyard to our side yard. The concrete slab was set up for our above ground spa we wanted to add.
And added a front walkway with stairs, columns and electrical. Kevin listened to what we wanted and helped us bring our vision to life. He was very professional and always available for us to contact him regarding any concerns or questions. Everything turned out just the way... read full review
We hired Frazer Construction to do a complete rebuild of our second story deck and install a patio cover. Kevin was personable and professional during the whole process. He listened to what we wanted and was very good about communicating about materials, costs, timelines, etc. Everything looks really great. We would hire him again.
I wanted something different from the usual concrete and patio cover for my new home. Kevin was willing to make it happen for me. He listened to my ideas and implemented my design ideas. But, when it came to color selection, he suggested a color scheme that would work better with the colors of my home. It all came together just the way I envisioned it. Kevin did excellent work, communicated with me through the entire process and worked to get it done as quickly as possible. The only thing that slowed completion down, was all the rain storms that came through. Call Kevin! (the rest of the yard is still a work in progress and not Kevin's responsibility)
