First time here absolutely love the vibe and energy from the people in the class, my teacher is very patient and attentive to her student's person to the person she tries to collect and make the right movements and something little thing in the post make is way of different give your self an opportunity to take a class here, You will love it as I am

Visiting Riverside and went to this amazing class. Teacher Sara was on it--really watching, helping and adjusting. This studio is Iyenga based-- besides the typical vinyasa/downward dog type stuff, we also used ropes attached to the walls as well as soft props to get into positions I haven't ever tried. I took a Level 1/2 class on a Sunday morning. The other people in the class were very friendly and helpful locals. Thanks to Sara for caring so much about two tourists from LA.

Have been to one class so far! The teacher Kathy was super sweet and helpful and led a great class. I took the noon Deep Stretch class and man did I get a great stretch! They're decently priced, with multiple options for how often you want to go. The other people taking the class were also nice and the atmosphere was nice because of that! The reason I give it 4 Stars instead of 5.... One, I didn't see any sanitizing of mats and whatnot after our class or the one before it. Worries me a little bit. Also, the smell in there was just a bit odd. Would be awesome if they would diffuse some calming essential oils, or light some candles. Would help with the smell AND would be appropriate for a yoga setting. Overall, I'm happy with it and will be going back in the next day or two!
