He cleaned the calcium from my rocks and tiles, touched up my rocks with new paint, and fixed up my slide. He consulted with me multiple times throughout the day to see if I liked the paint colors. He offered knowledgeable opinions when I asked and completed the job in one day. Mike was friendly and professional, and I am very happy with the finished product. My pool looks as good as new! I am having to check back in as I believe companies should stand behind there work. I spoke with the owner of this company on various occasions after his cleaning. As it was becoming apparent that the cleaning was not holding up. My pool cleaning comes every week and the balance level on the pool is as it should be. The owner last stated he would be out to check after the rains, that was in December, I have tried reaching via phone as well texting. To date March 18th. I have failed to hear from him.
