He told me that he won't leave until the problem is fixed the same evening.After testing everything himself, he worked with my neighbor who's an AC tech for another hour to narrow down the miswired cable. In total, he spent 3 hours of his evening helping me fix my unit and refuses to be paid for it.I've hired my fair share of contractors. “I had an electrical emergency late on a Sunday night. My main breaker went out resulting in no A/C.
