We chose this company based on the outstanding reviews here, and while I don't like leaving negative feedback, our experience was drastically different than what other people described. The big takeaway is that none of the promises made by this company were kept. I kept saying, "They get such great reviews. It's probably going to get better." It never did. 1) We were told at our initial estimate that the job, a small bathroom remodel, would be done in 9-10 business days. It took 42 business days, thanks to constant delays, no-shows, and errors by this company. Outstanding customer service! As soon as David S. was aware that I had an issue with my bathroom project he called me himself to discuss the problem. He was very understanding, open to criticism, and without any problems we came to a solution. This is definitely a company I would want to work on my projects in the future. Highly recommended.
