I'm very pleased with Dr.Bogart Chang. Been going to him for awhile few years. Only downfall is, he's not in this particular office very often. Office staff don't even know when he'll be in the office. I called today due to a vision change and they couldn't make me a appointment with him. I don't want to go somewhere else. But looks like I may have to, unfortunately. His neice is there, she's nice, but I don't feel she's as knowledgeable.

Went in to get my brothers new glasses and one of the nice staff asked me if I wanted my daughter to get an eye exam as well resulting in me finding out my daughter also needs glasses. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I do not have any complaints about Dr. Chang nor glasses because I just picked up my glasses today. However I want to know what is the intent that the receptionist kept assuring me that I have IEHP when I know I have. She said that I cannot get the glasses because you have IEHP without checking if the glasses are ready when I called after 4 weeks to pick up my glasses. I cannot get the case for glasses because you have IEHP. When I walked in, they said she is IEHP. What is wrong with IEHP? I am grateful that I can have IEHP because I cannot work full-time due to my condition. I work at a dental office part-time, We never treat Medi-cal patients differently nor discriminatory.... read full review
