We installed a patio cover with inset lighting, fans and electrical. Added a concrete slab and walkway connecting our backyard to our side yard. The concrete slab was set up for our above ground spa we wanted to add.
And added a front walkway with stairs, columns and electrical. Kevin listened to what we wanted and helped us bring our vision to life. He was very professional and always available for us to contact him regarding any concerns or questions. Everything turned out just the way we envision it. Definitely would hire Kevin with Frazer Construction again and definitely recommending him to anyone looking to do any home improvements big or small.“

“Our story begins in 2013 when David Kain of Sunboss contracted to do a renovation of our property in Dana Point consisting of a two story exterior deck & patio adding 25% outdoor living space. This project was completed on time and at budget with excellent results.

“At the beginning of the heat spell in July, the wall air conditioner went out in my rental house. Scotty came early afternoon Friday (same day of call) to give me an estimate and said he could do the install that evening. (Very considerate of the renter!) We did not have the new unit on site, so he said he could do it next day. However, he soon communicated a conflict and said he could do it early Sunday. He had to cut the old unit out, install the new one and patch the wall. It was done quickly and efficiently. We were very appreciative that he was able to do it on a Sunday to get the renter some relief. Scotty was very knowledgeable and punctual, even arriving early to get organized. His price was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to call on him again. Would highly recommend!“
