Amgad and the team at California Cool Breeze has been taking care of my own residence + rentals for many years. I am on the maintenance plan and they come out to inspect periodically. They are communicative, flexible with scheduling, fairly priced and professional. I have had other companies trying to upcharge for things that I didn't need and writing up work orders for things that didn't need replacing... no such issue with this team. Great vendor to work with.

We have used this company numerous times. They have always responded right away. They are thorough and do a great job. The owner Chris is pleasant and makes sure to handle all of your questions and concerns. This company is honest and reliable. We highly recommend them!

Chris is great! I have a magnet on my fridge for CA Cool Breeze and I don't know where I got it or when was the first time I used them, but thanks to that magnet I have been using them for at least the last 4-5 years now. Chris is so honest and trustworthy I recommend him to everyone I know. I am always really wary with any kind of maintenance technician because I always feel like they are going to try to rip me off and sell me something I don't need, but I never have to feel that way with Chris and his team. I have two AC units (one upstairs and one downstairs) and I have a minor issue about once every year or two, usually with my downstairs unit, which is... read full review
