Amgad and the team at California Cool Breeze has been taking care of my own residence + rentals for many years. I am on the maintenance plan and they come out to inspect periodically. They are communicative, flexible with scheduling, fairly priced and professional. I have had other companies trying to upcharge for things that I didn't need and writing up work orders for things that didn't need replacing... no such issue with this team. Great vendor to work with.

We have used this company numerous times. They have always responded right away. They are thorough and do a great job. The owner Chris is pleasant and makes sure to handle all of your questions and concerns. This company is honest and reliable. We highly recommend them!

Chris is great! I have a magnet on my fridge for CA Cool Breeze and I don't know where I got it or when was the first time I used them, but thanks to that magnet I have been using them for at least the last 4-5 years now. Chris is so honest and trustworthy I recommend him to everyone I know. I am always really wary with any kind of maintenance technician because I always feel like they are going to try to rip me off and sell me something I don't need, but I never have to feel that way with Chris and his team. I have two AC units (one upstairs and one downstairs) and I have a minor issue about once every year or two, usually with my downstairs unit, which is 20 years old now. I know that most AC techs would come out, see that its 20 years old and just try to sell me a replacement. It's an old unit and little parts on it fail here and there, but they are only a few hundred dollars to replace/repair and then it works fine for the rest of the year; so it makes a lot more sense to simply repair those issues and prolong the life of the unit instead of spending thousands of dollars right now to replace the whole system. Years ago Chris gave me a ballpark of how much it would cost to replace and went over the benefits of having a newer unit, but also told me that it the unit is working just fine and recommended that we just keep maintaining it until we run into a repair that is so costly it would make more sense to replace, so thats what we have done and its lasted over 4 years now with very minimal maintenance expenses.
