I didn't have the same terrible experience as others. I arrived a few minutes before my appointed time, filled out paperwork, and called in no more than 15 minutes later. The receptionist was courteous to everyone (not just me). Granted that the facility itself isn't top notched, but the staff is wonderful. My nurse, Jackie, was kind and responsive. I wouldn't want to be in any medical facilities if I didn't have to, but if I did, I'd want to be where the staff seems to care like I had experienced with my recent visit to the center. Thank you, everyone, for having taken great care of me.

I had a scheduled Colonoscopy. Staff were approachable and helpful. My procedure was quick thankfully. I felt safe the whole time. Thank you Dr Morton- anesthesiologist and Dr Shahbaz- Gastroenterologist. Dolly RN

DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY CENTER unless you can afford to pay up for "just in case" fees. 3 stars due to the nurse, Dolly, being sweet and considerate during processing, the Dr and anesthesiologist. Otherwise is would be negative numbers if that were possible. Appointment was for both me and my husband's colonoscopy screening. Upon signing in I am told that we owe $650 EACH due to insurance only covering 80% of the screening. I told them that I have already contacted my insurance and that we are covered at 100% for colonoscopy screening. They then changed their story and say the $1300 ($650 each) is not for the screening but just in case the dr. does... read full review
