My mother hired this company to clean her pool.. during the last service they "cleaned" the filter and after they were done the filter did not work... They left the problem they caused and did not tell my mom.. When the pool got dirty my mom realized something was wrong so she called for help.. but they have not responded to her, after make several calls.. save yourself the time money and aggravation. don't hire this company.. find someone that is reputable and responsible for their work..

My mom had been using this pool service at the house my siblings and I all grew up in and therefore use the pool regularly. The service was fine for a while but then they seemingly stopped and the pool looked green and filthy. When my mom reached out to find out what was up, Alan copped an attitude. She shouldn't have even had to reach out in the first place but the fact that Alan took no responsibility to fix the problem and had a bad attitude to boot makes it even worse. Now we have to drain the pool to get it properly cleaned as it's not safe to swim in. Do NOT use this pool service!
