My dad passed away back in October and he had made previous arrangements with Arlington Cremation Services which my sister and I were thankful for. I couldn't imagine having to deal with the death of my dad and finding a place to take care of cremation. Anyways, once they picked my dad up from the morgue and brought him to the crematory my sister had called Arlington to see what the next steps were and how long it would be before we could pick his remains up. Whoever they had working there was so unhelpful and wouldn't return her calls.
