The bracket for my laptop broke and two other places wouldn't even bother trying to fix my laptop. So I decided to try here and with covid it was hard to find the part but still they fixed it for half the price of best buy. Great experience and will definitely be coming back for my computer needs in the future!

This is a very small family business (much like the place I take my cell phone). So much better than some franchise or big conglomerate. I needed help at HOME...as the problem was not with my MAC--it was all internet. George came out Saturday morning at 8:45 - on time and ready to work. I had purchased a new router (the old one dropped dead) and Spectrum gave me a new high speed modem. It took a lot of fancy footwork to get it all up and running--which I never would have accomplished, Tested my other devices for WI-FI phone and tablet) and then remembered my Smart Thermostat for furnace/AC.
