After this post, the owner actually contacted me and offered a whole new set plus gel polish (since I got regular the first time) for free. I went back and really took care of me this time around. She definitely saved my nails and was pleased with her actually reaching out. Will definitely come back!
Hannah was a great nail tech! I was a little skeptical in trying this place but I think I found my new spot. Hannah was very kind and helped me get exactly what I wanted. It was also at such a great price!
Disappointed with the dip powder set i received. like what is this? i used to love coming here until this experience. never again. UPDATE: Hannah reached out to me after seeing my review about my experience and had me come in so she could remove my set and give me a brand new one, no charge. She was so patient and apologetic about the situation. She took her time on my new set and paid attention to every detail and catered to everything i wanted and expected. I will continue coming here because although my experience with my old set wasn't what i wanted, she made up for it and made sure i was happy/satisfied with everything before letting me leave the store. Customer service is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much Hannah, will continue being a returning customer.
