They were very patient with our dog and did a thorough checkup on him. We came in to have a mass looked at and they did a full check up. They calmed our fears and scheduled him for surgery
I was pleasantly surprised with this veterinary experience, having never used an office that was located inside a pet retailer. I was able to obtain an appointment within 2 days at a time (4:30 pm) that was very convenient for my work schedule. The staff was very friendly and very caring of my dog Stella's comfort. The DVM was friendly, explained everything and we both left with a bit of spring in our steps. Will definitely use again.
All the staff ladies here are wonderful, very knowledgeable, and educated. Every time I come in for my visit, even when i ring them any day, they do not hesitate on any questions. They are always helpful, especially with checking prices ahead of visits. My dog feels safe and comfortable with the facility and Staff. Thank you!
