I've been sweating it out at Hotworx in Riverbank since January 2024, and let me tell you, the results speak for themselves! Not only have I seen a significant improvement in myself, but others have echoed the same sentiment. The heated saunas may seem intense at first, but trust me, you'll get used to it, and it's addicting! What sets Hotworx apart is the lack of crowds typical of traditional gyms. You get a fantastic workout and torch calories in no time. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to shake up their fitness routine!
It's such a wonderful place to have your own space to do your yoga class, relax, and feel good about what you're doing for yourself. The workers are amazing. They greet you at the door every time. Open the door for you and welcome you in with a smile. highly recommend.
I love the 24 hour accessibility! As someone who doesn't have much time for regular gym hours and can't spend hours at a gym to get results, having the availability to go at any time during the day/night and doing a quick 30 minute high-intensity workout really makes a difference.
