First visit here. Read some bad reviews, but wanted to check for myself. Glad I did. The office is clean, well lit and modern. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
I found the dentist, Dr. Sando to be honest, knowledgeable and thorough.. sort of, to the point in a good way. She asked if I had any questions after the exam. She laid out a plan of action to address whatever discomforts I had in my mouth. Then moving on to other issues.
I was Blessed to be able to get my teeth cleaned the next day because of a cancellation. Brittany, the hygienist was great.

My overall experience of Bright is very positive. I researched other reviews and totally disagree with the review regarding kindness. I only needed three visits, evaluation, cleaning and bummer, the drill and Novocain. Everyone working in the office has a calm and friendly nature. All of my questions were answered and explained with confidence. The cleaning was gentle and thorough and my hygienist was personable. Lisa helped me greatly for the hardest part….the Novocain and cavity procedure. She recognized my extreme angst and helped me calm down and reassured me. The staff is SO nice here, I've been bringing my kids here for a couple years and even when I am difficult or an over-worried parent, they really take the time to make us feel important. Thanks everyone!
