“I had NuShake Roofing (Sergio) come out and he gave me a fair estimate compared to a couple of others. Sergio was very polite, cordial, friendly and understanding the customer needs without trying to upsell. Sergio sent out (Victor) today 9/13/2024 first thing in the morning at 8am to do a minor repair on tile roof, clean out gutters & seal necessary joint on the gutters to stop the leaks. Victor had all the same attributes as Sergio and took his time doing the job and was very friendly thru out & did a very nice job.? we will definitely be using NuShake roofing for our roof that may need repairs/replace in the future and definitely would like Victor/Sergio to be the one to perform the work. “After trying endlessly to find a roofer who was interested in repairing my patio roof,Mr Dave Fleming was referred to me. After calling him he offered to inspect the roof. I am elderly and wary of contractors due to some bad experiences but Mr Fleming was honest,and straight forward and most of all,he listened carefully to what I wanted and advised me accordingly. “Andrew and his team did a wonderful job with the removal of our existing two layer roof and replacing it with a new 40 year roof.

We had an issue on day two with the wrong material being order and Andrew kept me updated the whole way. He apologized for the error and worked with me to pick a new material and get it swapped out in the same day. The mix up didn’t seem to cause any delay at all.

“I needed to have my shingles replaced and the gutter were rusting out as well. Mario came out and provided a really good explanation of each of the processes, why certain things such as additional vents would be needed, and explained about the newer reflective shingles that are now required as well. The final invoice was very close to the initial bid, there was just a little bit of dry rot that had to be replaced.
