“I had NuShake Roofing (Sergio) come out and he gave me a fair estimate compared to a couple of others. Sergio was very polite, cordial, friendly and understanding the customer needs without trying to upsell. Sergio sent out (Victor) today 9/13/2024 first thing in the morning at 8am to do a minor repair on tile roof, clean out gutters & seal necessary joint on the gutters to stop the leaks. Victor had all the same attributes as Sergio and took his time doing the job and was very friendly thru out & did a very nice job.? we will definitely be using NuShake roofing for our roof that may need repairs/replace in the future and definitely would like Victor/Sergio to be the one to perform the work. “After trying endlessly to find a roofer who was interested in repairing my patio roof,Mr Dave Fleming was referred to me. After calling him he offered to inspect the roof. I am elderly and wary of contractors due to some bad experiences but Mr Fleming was honest,and straight forward and most of all,he listened carefully to what I wanted and advised me accordingly. After providing me answers to my many questions and reassuring me that a new roof could be safely installed I felt "heard" and comfortable to proceed. “My metal roof is beautiful. All the neighbors asked for Marcos’ contact info after seeing how it came out. I love the color, the raised seams, and the gentle sound it makes in the rain. Working with Marcos was really easy and smooth. He communicates well. He always let me know what to expect. And he’s all around a nice guy who is easy to work with. I never felt like I was project managing the work, he handled everything. When gutter materials weren’t available due to the pandemic, he made them himself! And they look great.

“I needed to have my shingles replaced and the gutter were rusting out as well. Mario came out and provided a really good explanation of each of the processes, why certain things such as additional vents would be needed, and explained about the newer reflective shingles that are now required as well. Everyone was very professional, helpful, quick to answer my questions or concerns, and very hard-working. The final invoice was very close to the initial bid, there was just a little bit of dry rot that had to be replaced. Alejandra in the office kept me informed with emails and addressed my concerns in a very knowledgeable manner too. Work started on an earlier date that was estimated and was completed a little faster than estimated as well. I am very satisfied with the new roof and with the service that I received from everybody with David's Roofing and I can recommend them, and will use them again in the future if needed.“

The work is perfect you would never know there had been a problem. The final examination was done on Dec. 5th to give the OK to come in an sheet rock and paint they had it done by the Dec. 9th.
