Regarding Wild Red. I was a customer in the salon when you were there verbally abusing the staff. It was obvious you were after a free service from the beginning. Contrary to your post, you were compensated. You were refunded your money. Future customers should disregard Wild Reds review

It's hit and miss here depending on how busy they are. I've had great manicures and pedicures, and I've had some bad ones too. The last time I went for a gel manicure, my left nails were left longer than my right. That was weird. It as probably because they kept switching who was working on me. Three different people did three different things. They were not busy at the time, so I'm not sure why they did this.

In response to Wild R. I was a patron there while you abused and bullied the staff there. Your behavior was abhorrent, belligerent and mean. Never did they call you a b***** You were the one throwing the obscenities around making a scene. They merely asked you not to come back. You flipped out and started calling them profanities so the gentleman stood in the doorway so you could not return. You were nothing but a bully the entire time. I've been going to K T nails for years and they are a sweet family who will do whatever it takes to please a customer. All nail salons should refuse service to wild r.
