Melani is fantastic! I first contacted her because I had horrible neck pain and headaches because of the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders. She got me in quickly and spent the entire hour focusing on my problem areas (some I didn't even realize were a problem until she fixed them!). She really got in there and loosened up my muscles without causing any pain while doing so. I just went back to Melani yesterday and had a full body massage that was amazing. I've really never had a better massage. I'm so glad to have found Advanced Bodywork-it's really a hidden gem!
