Colleen was so helpful over the phone when I thought I had bed bugs. She answered all my questions thoroughly and with a great attitude. I sent her some pictures of the bug I had captured and she took the time to show it to their entomologist. It was not actually a bed bug, what a relief! But overall excellent customer service :)

Great company to do business with. I understand it's under new management, so I won't go by older reviews. Very responsive office staff and field reps. I had pigeons under my solar panels for years and these guys did an excellent job. Nathan worked on the roof for almost seven hours in the heat and now, I have no more pigeons singing at four a.m. in the morning. Couldn't get more satisfied with their work and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great company.
