I had water damage in my bathroom and Water Smoke and Mold took care of the abatement and the rebuild. It was very stressful in dealing with insurance and Jason and Mike were very patient and responsive. The whole crew provided excellent customer service and exceptional craftsmanship. The bathroom and flooring looks absolutely stunning and I could not be more happy. Mike was great to work with as he managed the project. Dennis was a great contractor as well and Xavier was very friendly and responsive. Even the gentleman removing the damaged materials Kirk (or Kurt) was very responsive and professional. I had water damage in my wall and floor, from a broken outside sprinkler that gushed water at my living room window. I was very please with Water Smoke and Mold Removal. They responded immediately to my insurance adjuster's referral. They were at my house the next day and promptly assessed the situation and scheduled mitigation efforts. I found their supervisor, Patrick, well informed and excellent at communicating the situation, how they would assess and address it, and next steps. And he was very sensitive to my distress as I was in the process of moving with a living room full of packed boxes. The crew who worked on my water damage, Kirk and John were excellent and very professional. They arrived exactly when they promised. I was impressed with their skill and that they took great care to disturb as little as possible around the site of the water damage. Thank you for making an upsetting situation much less stressful than it could have been. And thank you AAA for referring me to them.
