Wow! Wow! Wow! highly recommend, I called Monday morning, Aaron at my house same afternoon. I had a mouse, mice? situation, Aaron looked for possible entrances and found a hole behind my stove. He patched up the hole; vacuumed droppings and reinforced my own patch work of holes under my kitchen sink. Two important additions: 1) I am petrified of mice, paralyzed fear, Aaron got that and at one point asked "are you OK?", it's nice to have my fear recognized, it's embarrassing, beyond afraid, hysteria 2) no charge! what? who does that? a good company!!! I can't say enough positive. I randomly chose this company and was very pleased. I hope my review with help you be assured of excellent service if you choose Rio Linda Pest Control.
We have been using Rio Linda pest control for about a year. We had a terrible ant problem, and could not seem to get rid of it. We called Rio Linda Pest Control and Dan, the owner came out to meet with us. He spent the time needed, answered all of our questions, honestly and to the point. We signed up with his company. I believe it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Dan has been responsive, and reliable to deal with. Yesterday one of his employees, Chris came out for our by monthly visit. He was very professional in appearance, and did his job very professionally. Thank you Chris for being so kind. Also, thank you for letting us know what time you would be arriving and thank you for arriving on time. We appreciate that this company realizes our time is valuable as well.
