They had to not only go the extra mile to get up there but they also had to do some troubleshooting to figure out why there was no electricity going to it. They took the time and did it right. The owner was very responsive to all my calls. Things were explained to me in a way I could understand and all charges were explained. I highly recommend this guy and I will tell all my friends.“

“Tom installed our whole house fan over 10 years ago. I noticed a squeaking when we first turned it on and should have called for a checkup at that time. Instead, I waited and then BOOM, the fan belt broke. I was shocked that Tom still owns the business and still does the installs and repairs. He came out and not only put on a new belt, but put on a new pully and a new controller that can be operated from your phone via Bluetooth. VERY COOL!!! Everything including the service call came out to less than $250 which I felt was well worth it, just to have our Whole House Fan up and running again.“

“They were fast at fixing our issue. Very nice tech. They helped us right away. Only thing I didn't care about was the packages just to get the problem diagnosed. It was confusing to me. And not sure why you just can't have someone diagnose from the box this price, nope it's not in the box so move to the next thing it could be and start at 1 price and just keep going until it's found. We paid for the big diagnostic because it would be more to go from package to package. And if I went with my gut that it was the main breaker we could have saved some money. But again haven't had to hire an electrician in awhile so maybe this is a common practice.“
