Dr. Roberts is great... BUT it's nearly impossible to get the nurse on the phone or to get test results relayed in a timely matter... even after several unreturned calls with messages left. He just needs a better nurse/medical assistant and he could easily have 5 stars!

Amy Belasco 2 reviews 3 months ago RN was told my BP is 90/60.. So she proceeds to pump me up to 140 making my arm go numb. Horrible service by this nurse. Heather Stone Medical Clinic (Owner) 3 months ago Thank you for your feedback. michael fletcher 3 reviews 3 years ago Their care has been pretty good. But where they get only one star is being able to get results, which I feel is a major deal. I understand that they can get busy, but I've had cases where someone answered and then passed me on only to go to ... Kim Zurn 2 reviews a year ago They (NOT Urgent Care) are HORRIBLE about returning phone calls. They don't respond to pharmacy refill requests. I have never encountered the lack of response from any other facility. . 1 Margaret Rael 4 reviews·1 photo 2 years ago I have been in pain since Friday. I went to the Er then followed up at this clinic. The PA tells me I have Shingles( which I do not have) so I go back because my pain isn't getting better, only to have them harass me for a payment. Pam is my favorite PA there at Urgent Care, and it will be profound loss for me if she ever retires, and she's not there when I need her. They can fix most everything that ails you,and if ... More 2 Frances O Local Guide·40 reviews·127 photos 6 years ago I love the really short wait time and appreciate the knowledgeable, caring service. Heather Stone has my records so it makes an unexpected trip easier. I am glad they have an Urgent Care. 2 Mary Harris 10 reviews 7 years ago Went to Heatherstone for Urgent Care and saw a doctor for all of a minute and a half. No swabs or cultures of my throat done at all. Just "oh your tonsils look bad. try these 2 over the counter drugs and I'll prescribe something for the ... He treats the patient, not just the symptom. 2 Heather Stone Medical Clinic (Owner) 4 months ago Thank you! Greg Lenz 2 reviews 7 months ago Short wait time, friendly staff, good diagnostics-- it ain't easy being in this profession. 2 Heather Stone Medical Clinic (Owner) 7 months ago Thank you for your feedback! Arthur Patterson Local Guide·85 reviews 7 years ago I enjoy my doctor, sure the process for getting in to see her is time consuming when you have an hour lunch but that's life in a wage slave society. The office puts up with their fair share of issues and I'm certain they do their best. 1 Jim Pappe 6 reviews·1 photo 3 years ago I've had great care from the staff at Heather Stone. Both PAs, Pam and Alan, are top notch skilled, empathetic and great communicators. Website said they were open until 5:00PM on Saturday. In fact, they close at 12:00 noon. My husband took the day off with no pay because his job required it, they would not allow him a partial day off. We just recently got Covered California Silver 94 ppo. From everything I have read and checked. Other than copay fees and monthly fees, our plan IS off exchange silver 94 blue shield. Our side does not affect our doctors receiving their negotiated fees from the blue shield. The office woman became rude as soon as she saw the covered California in the corner of our card, blaming my husband for her decision to be discriminatory against covered CC patients. And we should have mentioned it was CC because that is DIFFERENT than Blue shield. It is not different. She just chose to refuse 'poor people' care. That is a her problem, not an us or our insurance problem. If you have covered California, avoid Heatherstone. Their view of poverty is abhorent, which is infuriating because we had an appointment with a family doctor, and we had waited a month to see him. They expected us to pay CASH to see him today. If we have Covered CC then we absolutely cannot afford to pay an inflated cash price so I cut her off as she was about to extor-demand money and told her "Then cancel our appointments if you won't take our blue shield" and left. Heatherstone's office staff chose to cost us a full days wages, and I am not happy.
