Our A/C decided to quit during the hottest days of the year! Campbells came to the rescue and advised we needed a new A/C unit. They gave us Carrier A/C unit options with very fair prices and ordered and installed the A/C unit for us. The crew and office staff went above and beyond to help us with this issue and we much appreciate it. Will not hesitate to give them a call for future A/C or heating needs. Great experience with Campbell! They set us up with an appointment quickly, solved the issue quickly, and all for a very reasonable price. They were courteous and professional the entire time.
The office staff was excellent. She made sure the technicians had the right part on their truck to fix my problem. The technicians were very competent, professional and informative, and fixed my problem in short order.
