darolyn fox is the greatest...my father pass away aug.11 2024 and darolyn went out her way to help me and my family with the services it was fast easy and affordable. thank you darolyn and wilson and kratzer...god bless.
After a terrible experience elsewhere, I did some research and found Wilson & Kratzer. I called and spoke to a friendly receptionist who took all my information and informed me I would receive a call back ASAP. I received a phone call the very next day from Director, Darolyn. She was very helpful and accommodating. In person, I felt reassured that I had brought my loved one to the right place. I was informed I could pick up my Aunt's urn early the next week. The Friday before, I received a call that the work was completed early. I was stuck at work and Darloyn was so kind to come to me so my family and I could finally be at peace.
