Our water heater decided to start leaking so, as we've been doing for almost 20 years, we called William. He's our plumber of choice and should be yours, as well. He's fairly priced, prompt to respond and gives detailed explanations for what you need. We highly recommend William and his team!

I wish more business place operated this way. William picked up the phone himself, gave me an appointment the next day and arrived on time. He fixed our washer and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. He willingly answered some questions about other plus issues in our house. I would definitely use him again.

William Cruz has been out to my house about 4 times in the past 2 years. The jobs were both big and small. He is a great plumber for a number of reasons: he returns calls promptly and arranges a visit the same day or the next, he charges fair prices, he does excellent work and explains everything, and he follows up afterwards to make sure everything is OK. What is not to like about excellent work and excellent customer service. That's why he gets 5 stars from me. Kaye M.
