The Shores at Marina Bay HOA

I lived here for a very brief period of time and I enjoyed it here very much. The place is located in the Richmond point area and for being located in Richmond, it is a really nice location. The place is in a gated community and the grounds of the property are super nice and well maintained. Every resident here has their own parking spots with plenty of guest parking spots to go around. The apartments are very large and spacious, with porches looking over various spots of the property, washer and dryer in the units and high ceilings (on top floors). There are plenty of walking trails inside the property and outside of the property which is great on a nice day. The staff here are really nice and the residents are for the most part quiet. If you have the chance to buy or rent here consider yourself lucky - very gorgeous place.

Beautiful fully renovated unit. Fully inspected and underneath slab floor was in fine condition before remodeling. Excellent gym and pool with many walking opportunities along the Bay Shore that are hard to resist.

Well, I'm in the process of closing on a 2 bed 2 bath, and when I saw the unit I picked, there wasn't any mold or mildew under the floors, cause you buy the place w/o any flooring, it was just cement. Do you think that when they gut these places to remodel them, a city inspector doesn't insure they adhere to all regulations? Your standard appliances are Bosch, Kohler fixtures, tiled walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchen backsplash, and $10K free upgrades towards flooring, window treatments etc.
