First time visiting the Empuppyporium after being recommended by other doodle parents at the park and reading all the reviews. Scheduling, drop-off, and pickup were all clear and easy. I didn’t go inside to see the facilities as the staff came out to get the dogs that arrived in the parking lot, which may help the other pups there be more relaxed. My dog is not used to going to a groomer so initially she was reluctant to go in but they managed to do a great job on her — even cut, attention to detail, super clean and fresh — and gave her a sweet bandana for Halloween. Love this place because the owner lets my dog hang out and socialize with other dogs if I’m running behind schedule. The dogs must have formed some kind of mutual admiration society because she comes home in a great mood.
