Didn't even get to use their services, but my experience was still enough to keep me from coming here-one I think about more than I'd like lol. I booked an appointment with a stylist for a hair cut and she confirmed 8am at least 3 times over the phone, so I felt confident despite seeing the salon hours differed online. I get there with time to spare and wait about 25/30 min (where it gets to be about 8:25am) and the salon is empty. No one is there, I'm just waiting outside. Love this place in Point Richmond. Lupe does a great job with cut and color and is a wonderful person. She is the owner and created a healing environment. I had my first massage with Rosa and it was sooo relaxing. I felt very good the next day too. The first time is $56, an hour massage. Regular price is $70. She gives a 20% discount to handicapped clients. I have a boot on my foot for a broken bone and I get the discount til it heals! It seemed to be a healing experience for me.
