We built an ADU in our yard and thought it would be no problem to set up internet service - we do live in the Bay Area, a huge metropolitan area. Well, no so easy it turns out, because Sonic won't run any underground and the utility pole is too far from our ADU. Kray came right away, told me they could help, knew all the types of service and how to get them hooked up. I'm so grateful!
