My sister is disabled and I was referred to H & S by a friend of hers. Her under-floor heating unit had failed on a cold day. I called them late and they responded next day, rewired the system and my sister was warm, again. Very responsive and reasonable.
My go-to plumbers. Each technician that has come out to help me has been pleasant, responsive, on time and knowledgeable. They were able to help me make a decision on a bigger issue and I have full confidence in them. I don't bother with calling anyone else for plumbing needs.
Honrath an Stacy are the best. I have used the company 3 times - changing my vents, clogged drains and changing my water heater and they were amazing. I will definitely use them again or recommend them for any plumbing or vent issues.
