“I hired Ed to install a thermostat that I thought was broken. His communication was very responsive and he was available on short notice. He arrived wearing a mask. He spent quite some time trouble shooting the issue, explaining what he was doing. At the end of the process the problem was not the thermostat after all but rather a broken screw-in fuse.
