The customer service at this company was variable, ranging from rude, unprofessional to redemptive and efficient. They sold a promise that they simply could not deliver. I was given a two hour time frame from 8 - 10 AM. However, on Day 1: the company was a no-show. I was told that they were on their way in the last 6 minutes of the 2-hour window when I was no longer available. Day 2: the crew arrived early but said that they didn't know that I had stairs inside. They scraped my stairs and left them scuffed with the color having been stripped or chipped off, and they also stained my carpet. I needed to reschedule my service and Dean was friendly and personable. He was right on time and did great work. The was no chemical smell at all which I felt good about. The whole experience was easy and seamless. Would definitely use chemdry again.Services: Upholstery cleaning

We have been using Dean to clean our carpets since the 1980's. He is reliable and always does a through job. Our carpets look amazing after he leaves.....just like magic.....dirt be gone!!!Service: General carpet cleaning
