After seeing the 5 stars reviews for Oscar on Yelp, I decided to give him a try. Called him to come check the furnace of a rental and he came the next day! First the furnace is located in the crawlspace awkward location. He diagnosed the problem quickly that the furniture was blocking the inlet and that the filter is very very plugged. He also took note of a very old thermostat that probably needs to be changed. He also inspected duct work and gave me an assessment of what the ultimate solution is.
