After seeing the 5 stars reviews for Oscar on Yelp, I decided to give him a try. Called him to come check the furnace of a rental and he came the next day! First the furnace is located in the crawlspace awkward location. He diagnosed the problem quickly that the furniture was blocking the inlet and that the filter is very very plugged. He also took note of a very old thermostat that probably needs to be changed. He also inspected duct work and gave me an assessment of what the ultimate solution is. What I appreciate most is he showed the tenants how to change/clean the filter themselves and he took a lot of pictures so that we are on the same page. On another property, he properly sealed the ducts that the previous installer did a poor job on. He also showed me areas where things should be improved on if it was a new install. I highly recommend Oscar for his hands on approach, timely and responsive service and best of all, great communications all at a reasonable price!
