“I called in on a weekday around 3PM for an appointment. They said they'll help me as soon as I walk in. I went inside and all the barbers were cutting hair except for one who looked asleep. I walked to a chair and took a seat alongside a few people waiting to get cut as well. My mistake was not letting anyone know that I had just called for an appointment. Long story short, Miguel: let someone know you called next time. Luckily, the barber who was asleep (he was actually waiting for me) was cool enough to still cut me even though I had him wait for 20 minutes. I requested a high bald fade with a 3 on top. My barber, Ty, cut it exactly how I imagined it.“

“My grandfather passed away and my son needed his haircut for the service his regular barber waited until 10 pm the night before his appointment to cancel, I went online and found this shop it was late but the owner reached out to me and not only gave my son an appointment he offered to open the shop and cut him himself. I am forever grateful for the kindness that was shown and the level of professionalism his haircut came out amazing and now this is our new shop.“
