A&J contractors and Jackie were great to work with! I really appreciate the detail and time that was taking to explain the process & answer questions. There is continue communication through the remediation process and everyone was professional & kind. The company is honest & hardworking & really works with you. I highly recommend!
Water damaged our floors and wallls after a leak in our refrigerator. That meant we needed to clear things up before it got moldy or caused any more damage. Jackie was immediately responsive even late at night. She was always on time and very useful in maintaining contact with my insurance company to make sure everything moved along quickly, so we can get back to our lives. She had great advice on how to deal with the problems of the house being turned inside out while dealing with insurance and repairs, really saved us lots of time and money dealing with all that. She was always respectful of our house and our time. I can't recommend her and her crew strongly enough.
